Cyprus is a sunny island, southeast of the Mediterranean Sea, with many natural beauties, nice climate, welcoming people and very low level of violence and criminality. Combined with the excellent financial and tax benefits that offers, make it an excellent location of choice for living and buying real estate, both by individuals and companies with an entrepreneurial spirit of growth. The strategic position
of the island, being at the crossroads of three continents, is an ideal base for expansion into new ones

- 339 public and 29 private primary schools (2010/11)
- 127 public and 39 private secondary schools (2010/11)
- A large percentage of Cypriot higher education students study abroad (46.5% in 2011)
Limassol, a cosmopolitan city
Limassol is located on the southern coast of Cyprus and is the second largest city on the island. Rightfully so, however, it has won the first place in the hearts of almost all Cypriots, as it is famous for its beautiful landscapes as well as for its entertainment. Limassol has a wide variety of luxury hotels, shops and leisure facilities. Along the Marina area and the Old Port there are various restaurants, taverns and cafes. This area is always buzzing with life. Also, Limassol has wonderful, sandy beaches with crystal clear waters. Here, everyone can easily find their own style of relaxation and fun by doing various sports as well. At the same time, the picturesque villages of Limassol are one of the most popular destinations, for locals and foreigners alike, for a beautiful excursion all year round. Various festivals and celebrations are held in Limassol, which are part of Cypriot life. The Carnival Parade and the Wine Festival established the city as the most fun and festive center of the island. Hardly a weekend goes by in the city without a festive event. Thus, everyone is given the opportunity to experience Cypriot hospitality at its best. Overall, Limassol has everything one would want for a place to call “my home”.
